"Close to Stanford" and "catering to a business crowd", this Silicon Valley entry boasts "attractive" rooms renovated in 2008, done in an off-white palette and tricked out with free WiFi and the chain's popular sleep kit; an "excellent" tiled outdoor patio with a pool and hot tub and a five-hole putting range are other pluses, but the budget-conscious agree that "having to pay" $10 for parking is "utterly ridiculous given that this is the suburbs."

People were great, super helpful!
Mold in bathroom. My sunglasses were stolen out of the room.
Overall quality was comfy, but fan in bathroom broke the first day. No complementary breakfast. Not close to shopping, but did have complementary shuttle service.

Clean, beautiful setting, quiet.
Sunday morning there were trucks unloading for auction running for 2 hours.
Good central location to Stanford area, clean and well maintained, staff listened to my wishes concerning not changing the sheets and towels every day.

Being asked to pay $10 to park our car. Are guests required to pay parking.
We had a bad experience at that day, while getting a car after arriving. When we arrived at the hotel, we weren't in the best of moods. Some of that had to have spilled over to the desk agent. She was very nice and understood our frustrations. That totally disarmed us and we ready at that point to begin to enjoy our mini-vacation. Great amenities, pool and spa and 24/7 fitness center, a few miles from Stanford University, comfy beds! A good night sleep!

Was above my expectation. The room was comfortable and quiet.
Lacked a less formal dining area.
Very nice hotel that was a perfect location for our needs. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
